Licencing and demonstration

You will need a licence to actually run the operations. You can't buy online yet, but give us a call on 0121 651 1941 and we will get you set up with it. You can download the application for free right now, and the demo will show you what you can do with it if you want to see a bit more before you commit.

The code changing bundle

The flagship of Productivity Suite is the Code Changing Bundle which offers the ability to change and merge nominal codes, customer and supplier accounts, and departments and change product codes and fixed asset references.

If your company has grown, merged with another company, you have multiple customer records for the same account, or maybe you want to change the way you look at your accounts, then this is the way to do it. Some things cannot be changed within Sage 50 Accounts, but we give you the tools so that you can set up your accounts the way you want them to be.

You can edit and merge nominal, customer or supplier codes in any combination (except for merging bank accounts), and you will retain full transactional history, including sales and purchase order postings, recurring items and accruals - even including if you change a control account.

With Productivity Suite you can:
