Major features

AutoCrib / Sage Accounts integration

• The first version of the AutoCrib / Sage Accounts integration to include parts synchronisation, purchase order requisition requests (also integrated with POC), purchase order creation (approved POs sent back to AutoCrib) and goods received notes.

Minor features

POC: Prepay button on line items

• Add a toggle button on the line item screen which allows the user to mark a line item as "prepay" (for information only). The fact there are prepay items on a PO will be highlighted to approvers in the notification emails.

POC: Don't change requestor name when doing admin edit

• When a PO is edited by an administrator, the requestor's name is changed to the administrator's; it should be left as the original requestor.

POC: add value-based authorisation route for POs

• If a PO exceeds a certain amount, then after it's been approved in its original team (optionally), it is not escalated to the normal group and instead is escalated into a group marked for "high value approval". This can be independent from the rest of the hierarchy to allow for dual approvals in a certain order.

CC: add option to globally set "send reminders" and "send statements"

• Add a dashboard to show all customers with the options to select or deselect the send reminders/statements without having to go into each individual record.
