Multi-company selection
You can select:
- all or some companies
- all employees from the same payment frequencies from each of the companies.
Multi-company processing
- Produce payslips and update the records for the selected companies and employees, removing the need for individual processing.
Multi-company reports
- You can produce your pre- and post-update reports for the selected companies and employees, within the same
- payment frequencies, with no need to access each company to complete them.
Multi-company changes
Conduct multiple changes for selected companies and for employees from the same payment frequency within the
chosen companies, without having to access records individually:
- Holidays - place employees on holiday and clear holiday figures
- Tax - update tax parameters, change tax codes, and replace one NI category with another
- Payments and deductions - add or remove payments or deductions.
