  • Have been introduced to the welcome screen, Sage software updates, tutorials and practice company, error corrections and file import
  • Understand reporting, departments and budgets, cashflow improvements and copying the chart of accounts
  • Know how to use the bank reconciliation
  • Be familiar with the VAT Ledger, manual adjustments, online submissions and EC sales descriptions
  • Know how to use the diary module to create tasks and different types of events linking this in with Outlook
  • Understand additional fields on customer and supplier records, recurring entries and dashboards
  • Understand customer and supplier batch payments, Sage Payment Solutions, automatic credit note matching, how to process refunds, Sage Pay integration, record cash using the Cash Register
