There are two Sage Forecasting software packages. Sage 50 Forecasting (current version is 2007) and Winforecast Professional.
- Sage 50 Forecasting is the newer of the packages and is the one that Sage will update with new features
- If you need to prepare consolidated* forecasts then choose Winforecast
- If you just need to prepare single company forecasts then choose Sage 50 Forecasting
- Both Sage Forecasting packages allow you to produce as many forecasts as you like
- Full training is available in the classroom and onsite for both Sage 50 Forecasting and Sage Winforecast Professional
*Consolidated means that you need to prepare two or more individual forecasts and then combine them, for example in a multi department or multi company environment.
