Major features

POC web: allow for the saving of draft purchase order requests

• The web session times out after 24 minutes, and if no interaction is made during that time, it's possible to lose a requested PO that is being built up on screen. The ability to save a draft means that it can be saved intermittently, and also be closed and recovered at a later date if needed.

BOM Manager: auto-assemble sub-components

• When assembling a BOM product where all components are in stock but a sub-component assembly has not been built, automatically assemble required sub-component BOM products.

Minor features

POC: include delivery address contact and telephone number in PDF template replacements

• When selecting a delivery address using the "change delivery address" button, store the contact name and telephone number from that delivery address along with the PO so that they can be used when generating the order PDF later.

POC: separate out setting for automatic emailing of POs to suppliers from the setting to email newly approved POs

• Currently, the setting for automatic emailing of POs applies to updated POs as well as new POs, but some users are seeing suppliers treat this as duplicate orders as they are not noticing the order number is already known to them. Separating out the setting for updated POs means the emails for updates could be suppressed.

POC web: new setting to allow users to see only companies as defined

• Choose which companies each person is allowed to see on the webapp.

Invoice Importer: import courier field

• New field added.

POC web: allow cancellation via webapp

• Allow admin users and those who have the "can cancel purchase orders" privilege to cancel POs via the webapp (applies to POs at requested, urgent and created stages only).
