Minor features
CC: Split "attach invoice PDFs to email" into two so that reminders and statements can be controlled independently.
- The existing setting which controlled both reminders and emails has now been renamed so it only controls reminders. A new setting has been added which controls statements so these two can be set independently.
POC web: change team dropdown meaning
- The dropdown values "My team" and "Teams I approve" previously meant the team a PO was either awaiting approval in or the team where it received final approval. It now additionally means the team the PO was originally requested in.
