Advantage Support
Support with Advantage Services includes:
- Telephone support - Mon-Fri, 9:00am till 5:00pm
- E-mail support - sometimes phoning isn't convenient and you want to get on with running your business. You can e-mail us at a time convenient for you and we'll aim to get back to you within 3 hours working hours with a solution.
- Remote access support - support technician remotes on to your PC and can provide one to one support directly to your computer ensuring that we solve your problem as quickly as possible
- Dedicated Account Manager - our account managers respond promptly whether by phone or email and are knowledgeable of all our products and services, by building this relationship we aim to provide a personal service giving you the confidence
- Data repair - data corruption can be a massive worry, but not anymore. We will do our best to repair your data and get your business back on track.
- Report design assistance - provide support in creating and amending reports in Sage 50 Accounts
- Support portal - log on to the support portal and log your query or problem, and one of the support technician's will give you a call back as soon as they're available
