Major features

Implement two-factor authentication for web applications

• The POC and support portal web applications can now have two-factor authentication, using an authenticator app installed on a smart phone.

Sage 50 Accounts v29 compatibility

• Make PS and Hub compatible with Sage 50 Accounts v29 in readiness for its release soon.

Minor features

PO Importer: add option to stop overwriting of existing POs if an order number is specified

• The previous behaviour of PO Importer was to overwrite existing POs if an existing order number was specified in the import sheet. This enhancement adds an extra setting to PO Importer to allow overwrite or not, and then if overwrites are blocked then a check will be performed for any order numbers entered in the import sheet. Those where the order exists already will be stopped with an error message reported.

B2B: Store sales order customer account ref. and order number on the PO line items

• Two new settings have been added to B2B to say where the sales order customer account ref. and order number should be stored on PO line items generated by this module.

B2B: add setting for storing customer name in comment 1 or 2, or additional information

• Customer account ref. and sales order number can already be stored. This adds another piece of data which can go on PO line items when created from sales orders.

CC: Add first split ex. ref. as a template replacement

• Add [FIRST_SPLIT_EX_REF] as a replacement tag for Credit Controller transaction tables

B2B: add setting for storing static additional information in comment 1 or 2, or additional information

Bug fixes

Project Reports: restrict nominal categories to first chart of accounts

• A bug whereby all charts of account were considered meant that transactions were repeated for as many COAs as existed in the Sage data set. This fixes that so each transaction only gets counted once.

POC: stop accidental duplicate submission when double-clicking "deliver selected"

• On the deliveries screen it is possible to double-click the "deliver selected" button and this resulted in a duplicate submission, and duplicate deliveries. This is now fixed.
