POC: improve reapproval rules
- When a PO is edited there are rules to decide whether it needs to go for reapproval or can be automatically reapproved. Now the overall PO value is checked and if the total value goes up, then it must go for reapproval (so new lines can be added but they can be at zero value and not trigger reapproval). Also, message lines are now ignored, so message lines can be added and these will not cause reapproval based on the number of line items being different.
Bulk Invoicing: add delete unused site functionality
- If a site hasn't been used in the current month then it can now be deleted by selecting it in the site list and clicking the delete button.
Bug fixes
Hub: old database backups not being removed if the database folder is changed
- If the default database folder is used, backups get cleaned up after five days to save space. However, if the database folder is changed the cleanup process was not running. This bug is now fixed.
