    Off-the-shelf contact management for up to 5 users*. The cheapest of the Act! offerings allows you to purchase your licence outright and you can use the software as long as it runs on your Windows machine, support is optional . The abundance of default fields i.e. company, name, address, I/D Status and referred by etc. will hold most of your important company and contact data, but you can easily create and position additional fields to ensure you can store any extra data against company, contact or opportunity records. While mainly used stand-alone by individuals or users on a small network, Act! Pro also allows the creation of remote databases that can synchronised with the main database if you (or other users) need to work away from the office. Act! Pro integrates with Microsoft Office (email and calendar sync) and Gmail. In-built e-marketing allows you to email up to 500 contacts on the free service level. If you would like to access your Act! Pro data from a mobile device while you're out and about, you can so using a handheld Contact. Self-hosted deployment.
    *Act! users upgrading an Act! licence from version 18 (or older) can still add up to 10 users on the licence.

    Offering the same interface and functionality as Act! CRM - Self-hosted, when accessed through a web browser or mobile device, Act! CRM - Cloud differs in that you don't need to install Act!, host the database yourself or install the software on the user machines. Once set up as a user in the database, users can login to the Act! Premium Cloud database from most internet enabled devices. Quick and easy contact management that you can be up and running on fast (typically within 15 mins of creating your account). This solution is hosted on Swiftpage's secure servers (UK based) and access for users is via a web browser or mobile device.
