    E-mail supportsometimes phoning isn't convenient and you want to get on with running your business. You can e-mail us at a time convenient for you and we'll aim to get back to you within 3 hours working hours with a solution.

    Remote support - support technician remotes on to your PC and can provide one to one support directly to your computer ensuring that we solve your problem as quickly as possible.

    Phone support - phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. We aim to answer every call within 1 minute. Our team of friendly technicians will help solve your technical problems step by step without using technical jargon.

    Support Portal - log on to the support portal and log your query or problem, and one of the support technician's will call you back as soon as they're available.

    Dedicated Account Manager - our account managers respond promptly whether by phone or email and are knowledgeable of all our products and services, by building this relationship we aim to provide a personal service giving you the confidence.

    Call-back service - we aim to answer all calls, but if we are busy we will take your details and guarantee to call you back as soon as possible.

    Pre-book support time - if you know you're going to need help with technical accounts task, we can book a specific support slot at a time convenient for you to guarantee you get help when you need it.

    Request a specific technician - if you would prefer to speak to a specific technician let us know. If the requested technician is unavailable we can arrange for another member of the team to help or take your details to arrange a call-back.

Training and stationery

Onsite Training

Our Sage onsite training caters for users at all levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Prior to your training session, you can speak directly with the trainer to plan the course content, discuss any special areas of emphasis and your desired outcome.

Please note you may be charged for expenses.


Remote Access Training

Work at your own machine, whether at home or at work, choose a date and time that suits you. This is an ideal solution for busy individuals who are looking to focus on specific areas within the Sage software but cannot afford to take the full day off from work.


Sage Payslips

Sage Payslips are the perfect format for presenting employees' pay information. Information is presented clearly, securely and help you run an accurate and speedy payroll.

Sage Laser Payslips are available in either original format or a new modern design and are compatible with Sage 50 Payroll.


Sage Payslip Plus

Sage Payslip Plus are large format (A5) payslips, allowing you to use a larger typeface and show pay and deductions in greater detail. The extra space is ideal for additional details such as Tax Credits, Student Loans and multiple payment types.
