Our opinion Sage One is now a better solution for companies with between 1-10 employees (inc leavers). Sage One Payroll is is the choice over Instant Payroll every time. The latest legislation updates are auto-updated & you always have access to support. Payment is made through a very low monthly charge. Access from anywhere & Mac compatible. Choose this option if you have up to 25 employees (inc leavers) and you only require a one user, one company licence. Contains the same functionality as Sage 50 Payroll. Choose this option if you need multiple payroll users and/or you need to run the payroll for multiple companies within the same software, or you have over 25 employees (inc leavers).

Automated Payslips is a new monthly subscription module for users of Sage 50 Payroll v21 or newer. The module allows you to send payslips to employees in a single click. Payslips can be hosted online or posted direct to your employees or your business. You simply select whether you want your payslips printed and/or to be accessed securely online, and everything else is done for you. The module not only works out cheaper but also helps to relieve the payslip stresses encountered on a weekly or a monthly basis.
