Support portal - log on to the support portal and log your query or problem, and one of the support technician's will call you back as soon as they're available.
Dedicated Account Manager - our account managers respond promptly whether by phone or email and are knowledgeable of all our products and services, by building this relationship we aim to provide a personal service giving you the confidence.
Access to exclusive Sage add-ons - as in-house Sage Developers, we have a wide range of add-ons that you can purchase at an additional cost to help you automate manual tasks and improve your work efficiency.
E-mail support - sometimes phoning isn't convenient and you want to get on with running your business. You can e-mail us at a time convenient for you and we'll aim to get back to you within 3 hours working hours with a solution.
Remote support - support technician remotes on to your PC and can provide one to one support directly to your computer ensuring that we solve your problem as quickly as possible.
Phone support - phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. We aim to answer every call within 1 minute. Our team of friendly technicians will help solve your technical problems step by step without using technical jargon.
