    Support Portal - log on to the support portal and log your query or problem, and one of the support technician's will call you back as soon as they're available.

    Dedicated Account Manager - our account managers respond promptly whether by phone or email and are knowledgeable of all our products and services, by building this relationship we aim to provide a personal service giving you the confidence.

    Access to exclusive Sage add-ons - as in-house Sage Developers, we have a wide range of add-ons that you can purchase at an additional cost to help you automate manual tasks and improve your work efficiency.

    E-mail supportsometimes phoning isn't convenient and you want to get on with running your business. You can e-mail us at a time convenient for you and we'll aim to get back to you within 3 hours working hours with a solution.

    Remote support - support technician remotes on to your PC and can provide one to one support directly to your computer ensuring that we solve your problem as quickly as possible.

    Phone support - phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. We aim to answer every call within 1 minute. Our team of friendly technicians will help solve your technical problems step by step without using technical jargon.

    Data repair - data corruption can be a massive worry, but not anymore. We will do our best to repair your data and get your business back on track.

    Call-back service - we aim to answer all calls, but if we are busy we will take your details and guarantee to call you back as soon as possible.

    Pre-book support time - if you know you're going to need help with technical accounts task, we can book a specific support slot at a time convenient for you to guarantee you get help when you need it.

    Request a specific technician - if you would prefer to speak to a specific technician let us know. If the requested technician is unavailable we can arrange for another member of the team to help or take your details to arrange a call-back.

    Annual software health check (RRP £200) - consultancy phone call with one of our advisers, focusing on the software you use, as well as recommendations and solutions for particular areas that will help you save time and money.

    Auto-backup Monitor for 12 months (RRP £518 + £135 for implementation) - alerts you (and any other specified persons) by email when any errors or warnings are reported after a scheduled Sage accounts backup is taken. If errors are reported, easily log your accounts users out and restore the last error-free backup. Includes support and maintenance.

Onsite Training

Our Sage onsite training caters for users at all levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Prior to your training session, you can speak directly with the trainer to plan the course content, discuss any special areas of emphasis and your desired outcome.

3 As per Sage’s terms, contracts run from the 1st of the month. As such, we implement your contract on a pro-rata basis should your contract begin on any date other than the 1st. All this means is that your contract is extended to accommodate these terms and avoid any costs to you from Sage at the end of your contract. Pro-rata conditions do not change the notice period for contract renewal, which remain at a minimum of 1 month in-line with the calendar month terms outlined by Sage.
