3 As per Sage’s terms, contracts run from the 1st of the month. As such, we implement your contract on a pro-rata basis should your contract begin on any date other than the 1st. All this means is that your contract is extended to accommodate these terms and avoid any costs to you from Sage at the end of your contract. Pro-rata conditions do not change the notice period for contract renewal, which remain at a minimum of 1 month in-line with the calendar month terms outlined by Sage.
