Learn to use Act! CRM in a classroom environment

Our Act! classroom training comprises of two comprehensive and structured courses which take you through the full workings of Act! set-by-step. The Act! Users Course covers the functionality that is likely to be required on a daily basis, while the Act! Administrators Course covers database setup, management, customisation and maintenance. We also offer bespoke classroom training courses for those who might wish to create their own course content, please enquire for more information. Courses are run in the training room at our Sutton Coldfield office.

As with many programs, Act! is packed full of features, some of which you'll use and some you won't. The key to a successful Act! training session is to cover in detail the areas of the program that you will be using and that you will benefit from having a good understanding of.

Prior to the training, the trainer will contact you at least one week in advance, to discuss the time of training, plan the course content, discuss any specific areas you would like to focus on and email you detailed training manuals (PDF format).

After the training, you will be entitled to 10 days free telephone support to cover any usage queries of the software and you will receive a certificate for the training.
